If you haven't got a Waterwatch Live Account, go to Create Your Account.

Currently, we do not support multi-factor authentication. You may secure your account by setting up a strong password and keep it somewhere safe.

Troubleshooting Login Problems

If your login fails, please check the following:

• The time on your device should be correct (a minute off is ok)

• Your password is case sensitive

• Your internet connection is working well
