Login to your Waterwatch Live Account requires the **registered email** and **your password**. You may reset your password by clicking **Forgot your password?**

## Troubleshooting Login Problems

If your login fails, please check the following:

* The time on your device should be correct (a minute off is ok)
* Your password is case sensitive
* Your internet connection is working well
