Sensor Setup

Sensor Setup can only be accessed by owners and admins.

Tank Settings

Tank Name - change the tank/sensor name and make sure to select the update button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Sensor to tank bottom (m), Maximum water depth (m) and Diameter (optional) - These measurements ensure that the correct water level or fill percentage is displayed. Make sure to select the update button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Select 'Enter tank volume instead' if you have it rather than the tank diameter for accuracy.

Update Rate

Change how often your sensor measures and then transmits those measurements to Waterwatch live.

Selecting new times will set a remote task which means that your sensor will be updated when the sensor transmits measurements.

Be aware that the short transmission times particularly in 4G sensors will wear the battery.

Alarms

Alarm settings can be viewed here.

Location

Change the location of your sensor by dragging and clicking in the map.

Remote Tasks

Create a remote task to change alarms settings and transmission times.

The remote task will update your sensor when the sensor transmits.

Be aware that the short transmission times particularly in 4G sensors will wear the battery.
